Welcome to the powerful realm of holistic bodywork. Reiki, a Japanese healing technique is at the heart of this practice. Derived from the word “rei” meaning universal and “ki” meaning life force energy.
Reiki involves channeling and balancing energy to help restore harmony and vitality into the body through gentle touch or non-contact techniques.
About Us
We combine the ancient art of Reiki, Reflexology and Thai Yoga massage offering many different therapeutic techniques including mindfulness, and acupressure through the feet, hands and ears stimulating corresponding organs to enhance circulation, relieve tension, release energy blockages and to promote balance to the chakra system.
We offer human touch as a profound form of communication, recognized for centuries as a powerful tool for promoting physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Through skilled touch, we can manipulate soft tissues, release tension knots and facilitate the body’s natural healing process. The power of touch conveys compassion, empathy, and support providing solace during times of grief, trauma, or emotional distress.
Important to note that we adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain appropriate boundaries.
Our tranquil ambience located in the historic Sax building downtown is serene and inviting, designed to create a peaceful sanctuary where you can let go of stress while we hold space for you.
TARa aka: Sheila
Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Reflexology practitioner
Sheila found yoga as a way to heal a broken heart. Initially time on her mat was a physical workout that quickly morphed into a daily practice helping her to restore emotionally while cultivating a real connection with spirituality.
Sheila completed her first Yoga teacher training in 2015 at Root: Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies in Colorado Springs. Then received a Thai Yoga massage certification in 2016 at the Denver Institute of Thai Arts. Through intensive training she received a Kundalini Yoga teacher certification in 2017 at Crestone Healing Arts Center and completed a Karma work program at the Sivananda Yoga ashram in Grassvalley California, furthering her studies in Asana, breathwork (pranayama), consciousness, chanting kirtan, and Ayurvedic (yoga’s sister science) nutritional principles. She completed her level one and two Reiki cert. in 2021 and master level Reiki attunement and certification in 2023.
As a lover of Astrology with a deep understanding of the body’s energy systems she has combined modalities to help give you a deeper connection with your inner self.
SunHoney aka: Jessica
Energy healer, Sound therapist, DJ, Yoni Steam and therapeutic Touch practitoner
Jessica’s background in therapeutic touch, energy aura clearing and balancing, sound therapy, and guided meditations brings a wealth of knowledge and love to this practice. She facilitates transformative energy healing sessions, drawing from different modalities including Reiki, energetic cord cutting, chakra balancing and quantum healing. With deep reverence for ancient healing traditions, she offers the sacred practice of Yoni Steam. This gentle therapeutic approach utilizes the power of herbs to invigorate and restore the female reproductive system, promote hormonal balance and detoxification for overall well-being.
We offer the four sacred medicines: Sage, Cedar, Sweetgrass, and Tobacco smudging rituals with ceremonial mantra in your home, originally created by tribal and ancient cultures for cleansing, purifying, blessing, and protecting your space.
